If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as you become aware of this and our customer service team will be happy advise upon the delivery of the missing item.

Most orders ship next day once manufactured, if you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact our support team by emailing support@omelectrics.co.uk or alternatively, call us and quote your order number.

Sorry! If any of your order is damaged, please report it to our customer services team within 48hrs of receipt of your delivery, if the damage is visible on the outer packaging, please where possible, note this on the delivery note when signing for your parcel(s) by signing 'Damaged' on your delivery form.

Standard next day delivery is £9.99 + VAT and free for orders over £300 (excluding VAT). If your order is just below the cut-off, we can help you to secure a cheaper delivery cost, often this could be by securing you a longer power cable, or upgraded socket at no extra cost to you.

If you would like to return something, please refer to our returns policy or alternatively, contact our customer service team for assistance. We aim to keep the return process as fair as possible, however as our products are custom made to order, items cannot be returned if made to your specifications and are fully functioning as intended.

You can place orders quickly online by selecting one of our popular configurations or alternatively you can contact us via chat or email to order a custom product made to your specifications. All products are made to order.

We offer a guest checkout option if you do not wish to create an account. If you check out with a guest account, please note that you cannot log in to check the status and track the delivery of your order. We advise creating an account for traceability of your order.

We do not offer sample products, however if you have a large quantity order and would like more information about the products on offer, we can aim to arrange a demonstration. Please contact us for more information.

We aim to collect returns within 72 hours from the return being raised. Often returns are collected by a different courier than your replacement item.

Most of our products connect to a standard UK power socket by means of a Wieland ST18 connector cable. A power distribution system with ST18 outputs can also be used to connect products in an array.
